We want you to be confident subscribing to YouTube Guru. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund. It applies to all paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) purchased through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your first paid subscription, email support@youtubeguru.net within 30 days of your initial charge and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to your first purchase of a given plan.
Free plan
The Free plan is free forever and requires no payment, so no refund is applicable. We encourage you to try the Free plan before upgrading.
Renewals
Recurring renewal charges (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. To avoid your next charge, cancel before your renewal date from the Subscription page — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal charged you unexpectedly, contact us within 7 days and we'll review it in good faith.
Annual plans
Annual plans are covered by the same 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you keep full access until it ends and can cancel auto-renewal anytime.
How to request a refund
- Email support@youtubeguru.net from the address on your account.
- Include your order ID (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and the reason, if you'd like to share it.
- We'll confirm and process eligible refunds promptly.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute — almost every billing issue can be resolved within one business day, and chargebacks can result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of the guarantee (e.g. repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles) or violations of our Terms of Service.
