By accessing or using YouTube Guru ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed via Lemon Squeezy on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or abuse of API quotas.
- No use of the Service for unlawful or infringing activity.
- YouTube data accessed through the Service is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouTube Guru is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
